Do you need technical support? Here’s how to help us help you, quickly and efficiently.
To do for an effective ticket:
1. Clearly describe the problem.
If we cannot reproduce your problem, we won't be able to solve it! So yes, please tell us what is not working as expected, but also, step by step, how to reproduce your issue.
- What are you trying to do?
- What is not working as expected?
- Does the problem repeat itself?
2. Attach a screenshot.
- Include the entire window (with the URL visible if possible).
- You can also record your screen for more clarity (e.g.: Loom, Vidyard).
3. Specify your browser.
- Chrome, Firefox, Edge, Safari…
- And the version, if possible.
Avoid
- Say "it doesn't work" without any other context
- Send only a blurry or cropped screenshot
- Forget to mention the environment (e.g.: test vs production)
