Nous avons accompagné Patrick Allary dans la structuration complète des opérations de Batterie Natech. De la cartographie terrain jusqu'au go-live, sur une période de 6 mois d'implantation suivie de 3 mois d'accompagnement intensif.


Immersion terrain et cartographie des processus

Des visites fréquentes sur site ont permis de comprendre les opérations dans leur réalité quotidienne — facteur que nous considérons critique à la réussite de tout projet ERP. Une cartographie complète des flux manufacturiers, logistiques et de service a été réalisée avant toute configuration, permettant d'identifier les frictions et de prioriser les gains à fort impact.

Définition du plan et séquencement 

A structured project plan was defined with the management team to sequence the modules according to their operational impact, taking into account human constraints and the expected adoption curve.

Configuration and custom developments

The implementation of the manufacturing, inventory, sales, purchasing, CRM, quality, and on-site service modules was accompanied by significant custom developments to address the unique operational specifics of the company — notably inventory management by truck and multi-step logistical workflows.

Testing, go-live, and supported stabilization

A phase of intensive testing preceded a go-live conducted in the presence of the on-site team. The following 3 months allowed for process adjustments, consolidation of adoption, and building internal autonomy — including for field service technicians.

Custom developments

The diversity of the offering — lead-acid, TPPL, lithium NMC and LFP, refurbished batteries — and the complexity of field operations required developments well beyond a standard Odoo configuration.


Battery configurator

Automatic matching tool between a forklift and the right battery (lead, TPPL, lithium NMC/LFP) and the right charger, according to weight, dimensions, and usage constraints — covering more than 1,000 BOM variants.

Inventory by truck

Dynamic inventory logic with assignment by route and min-max rules per vehicle, providing real-time visibility on field stocks and automatically triggering replenishment.

Integrated field service

Consumption of parts by technicians directly integrated into inventory and billing, in real time. Includes custom operational routes: testing, repair, disassembly, and recycling.

Multi-step logistical workflows

Process dock → truck → customer with mandatory photo validation at each transfer, ensuring complete traceability and continuous quality control at every point of the delivery journey.
